We're Therrell Miller and Shaelyn Otikor-Miller, a husband-and-wife team from Chicago's South Side who understand the power of community support in shaping young lives.

Growing up in Roseland in the 1990s, we experienced firsthand how strong mentorship and encouragement can transform potential into success. We also know that not every young adult has access to these critical resources during the pivotal transition to adulthood.

That's our mission: to be the support system that helps young people break barriers and build meaningful careers. Through Beyond Boundaries Without Measures, we provide the digital skills training, career guidance, and mentorship that turn potential into achievement.

Our belief is simple: True success is measured by the positive change you create and the leaders you help develop.  Every young adult we serve becomes a catalyst for change  in their family, their community, and the next generation.  That's why we exist. That's what drives us. And that's what Beyond Boundaries Without Measures is all about.
