Beyond Boundaries Without Measures (BBWM) exists to help young adults, new digital learners, working professionals, small business owners, and career changers—especially in South Suburban Cook County—build digital, financial, and career skills to secure better jobs, grow businesses, and achieve long-term economic stability.
